My Sleep Training Journey: From exhausted parent to passionate advocate

Like many parents, my first experience with motherhood was nothing like I imagined. My firstborn struggled with sleep from the very beginning. Nights were a blur of constant wake-ups, endless rocking, and overwhelming exhaustion. I felt defeated, wondering if I was doing something wrong and if I would ever experience a full night's sleep again. 

Driven by desperation and love, I began an intense research journey. I devoured every book, consulted pediatric experts, and tried countless strategies. What started as a personal mission to help my child (and myself) soon became a comprehensive understanding of infant and child sleep patterns. 

The breakthrough came when I finally developed a personalized, gentle approach that not only worked for my firstborn but transformed our entire family's sleep experience.

By the time my second child arrived, I was equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and proven strategies. The result? Smooth, consistent sleep routines from the very beginning. 

My journey taught me something profound:  sleep challenges are not a reflection of parenting failure. They are a common experience that many families face, and with the right support and understanding, they can be successfully navigated. 

My passion is now dedicated to supporting parents just like you. I know the exhaustion, the self-doubt, and the desperate desire for rest. That's why I have created this business- to offer the compassionate, evidence-based guidance I wish I'd had during my most challenging parenting moments.
